Group 7-day waking average?

You won't Adam and Eve it! The noisemakers were back again this morning. 😡 However, last night we had the good fortune to decide to sleep in a further away room, so it wasn't too much of a disturbance.

Happy Anniversary @eggyg & Mr@eggyg. Have a great time.
Oh nearly forgot, a 6.2 for me today.

Morning

5.1 on this nice sunny day, have an errand to run for mum, only dropping some paperwork off to a Solicitor about 30 mins walk from my house. But now she has an issue with her online grocery order, so I will have to go round and sort that out along with getting her shopping, that bit is not too much of a chores as I can get it when I do mine either later today or tomorrow, but I was looking forward to a nice day of crotchet once I have done my errand, never mind at least it is not raining.

@freesia - have a great holiday

@eggyg - happy anniversary and have a great day

Morning all. a 5.4 for me earlier this fine sunny day.

Have a great day folks and stay well.

6.1 this morning, which is an average of no less than 4 tests as my hands were wildly out of sync, my LH giving me high 6s and my RH mid 5s. Bizarre. Can only assume I had something on my LH fingers. Now if I'd tested my RH first...........

According to reports the house fire down the road on Wednesday night was an eScooter fire. If so you can see why the advice is to not store or charge them indoors. Turns out it's a rented house, too.

@freesia - hope you have a wonderful holiday

@eggyg - happy anniversary to you both and have a great day.

Looks like we have a nice, dry day in store down here. Hopefully everyone's getting the same.

Enjoy your day.

9.1 which was too high. Had another 3am low and took too much glucose. Must work out how to either stop getting the hypos or how much glucose to take when they happen. I’ve only been practising for 62 years!

Lovely Saturday sunshine. Having dropped my coffee pods back to be recycled, am off to the podiatrist this afternoon.

I HATE IT, when that happens: can’t get the status quo & swinging BS; can be as exhausting as physically swinging from the chandeliers a la The Honourable Miss Phyrne Fisher! I’ve gotten some HUGE swings of BS at times with the menopause! 😱

Afternoon all 5 ,2 for me this morning. Congratulations to the two @eggyg Have a nice holiday @ Freesia. And the rest of you folks enjoy what your doing.
Congratulations!

The weather here is cloudy with a light cool breeze. We went for a twenty minute walk to the shop for supplies. Didn't meet anyone at all, not even a pet on route, unusual. My balance isn't very good today.

My OH was gone out visiting one of her many friends (sometimes I get a touch of green) at Costa's in town. Most of my friends dried up when I gave up my various addictions - they just didn't want to know me, as if I had a lurgy! Saying that I've made 2/3 new friends in the years since. I must get out more and meet folk.

Off out to see a viewing of the Quatermass Experiment in a day or two up at the Dukes - should be enjoyable.

Happy Anniversary @eggyg , hope the ceremony is/has gone well.

Congratulations!

Hi SS why don’t you try and get out and hopefully meet some new folk.
You seem like a very caring person and feel sure that prospective people you may meet would recognise that and be very happy to befriend you.

05:28 BS 5.3 Aww! Just a whisker from a HS! 🙂

A Very Good Morning to you all & have a Wonderful Day! 😉

I was so nice & cosy in bed when I woke that I didn’t want to get up but, the call of nature was too imminent to be ignored & up I went to the loo! 🙄

Had a very long day yesterday as I managed to stay up until about 22:00 ish. But, I ate 4 times as I had dinner at about 14:30 & the gap between that & bed was too long & stomach too empty to go to bed on so, ate an extra 4th meal at 21:30 ish, can’t be bothered to look up the libre entries! And I up at the usual time, IF I’m in a usual, routine time of about 5am this morning!

Thought I might have overdid the bolus a bit last night as I ding a portion of shepherds pie, made by me, bolus for it & then, found I could only eat half of it but, I DID take 40NR instead of the usual 44 as I had an instinct & just as well as I STILL went lower than I thought I would: not that far off the 4’s; don’t like the 4’s as there’s not much wriggle room!

Morning all. 7.1. TBF after a huge carb fest yesterday I’m happy with that.

We had the most wonderful day yesterday, from start to finish. The weather wasn’t great but that didn’t spoil anything. The handfasting ceremony was surprisingly emotional and we both cried, we were presented with a certificate and the ribbon that was used to “tie” us together, and a wee anvil that could be used in a game of Monopoly if you’d lost one of the pieces. We also got shortbread, fudge, a teddy and miniatures of Gretna Green gin and whiskey. The afternoon tea was lovely, we only managed half, and washed it down with a couple of glasses of champagne. Checked into our room and had a nana nap! And who says romance is dead! We had a lovely dinner at 7.30, and back to our room for me to watch Corrie on plus 1. 😉
All the staff were amazing and attentive considering they had seven weddings yesterday! At least two were just couples on their own, we got chatting with one of them, and two more were small parties, and they ate in the dinning room same as us, and one was a bigger do in a function room. There was also a coach load of tourists in the restaurant too! All in all a fabulous way to spend our sapphire anniversary. Back to it today, the honeymoon is over, a quick trip to the retail park for a mooch and the 15 minute drive home to water the garden.

Have a super Saturday.

Here’s a handful of photos.
