I've been in the gym every day since and I'm losing weight. But the lack of carbs was starting to hit me hard. Been doing 3 weights days and 4 cardio.
Also, I'd like to get back to Brazilian Jiu.jitsu in the evenings.so would be adding 3.more.sessions per week (6hrs training) on top of this. I only found out as I was at.the doctor with a shoulder injury from it. Just trying to adjust my diet.then get back.

It sounds like you’re making a big change. Just remember, consistency is more effective than blunt force trauma when it coms to a lifestyle change - you need to be able to sustain it. I still go for walks everyday, i even schedule work calls as i am out and about.
If I can impart one final bit of advice, if youre seeking to lose weight fast - invest in some good skin cream! Your skin will thank you for it!
