Octordle got first word at three and felt optimistic but lots of possible start letters for last word and I failed again. Done early hours.

Just failed to keep up with @rebrascora! Started well with a 55 on Octordle and 5, 2, 6, 4 on Quordle for 17, but then a Wordle 6 left me in second place with 78.

A 5 today on a somewhat tricky Wordle. With Quordle on Words 1 & 2 I needed just one letter but went the wrong way meaning an average rather than a good score (think it would have been 18)...

Good one for me today with a 4 on Wordle, 3, 6, 5, 4 for 18 on Quordle, and a 52 Octordle. Total of 74.

Good result for me but annoyed because it could have been better still if I had gone with gut instead of playing it safe.

I struggled with too many choices, and managed to reuse a letter in the wrong place half way through on Octordle.

Being quieter because it is a Sunday I thought it would be worth trying Octordle again. Overall 90 minutes lapsed - not sure if it is me or the interrupts (included blood test {took a time as she struggled to find a vein -:I admit I am difficult but why not use experienced - both yesterday's and today's took 5(!):attempts eaci}).

Wordle warned me as I went to the wire and with Octordle I had four letters placed and used an eliminated letter! Pleased with Quordle though

Octordle DNF for 76 with X for Word 7 (and it is not even English)!

What’s the starter word for the weekly challenge? Pretty sure it’s not my turn to pick it.

@littlevoice359 if that is a "mediocre result" I would be happy with mediocre. I just got fail again on octordle. One word left and had all the letters but didn't realise. Started off well but too many times guessed wrong final letter.
