I have booked myself onto the 5k B'ham Fun Run, August 19th, but where do I start....😱
I've got myself 8 months to get to a stage where I'd like to run the 5k but if I have to walk part way that's ok... I do try and walk 10,000 steps a day or spend 30mins in my mini-gym to build up my fitness but don't know where to start...
Any advice would be warmly welcome
P.S. Swimming lessons start again on Thursday...🙄
