When shall I eat if I work during a night?

Hi am needing a little advice and guidance. I have just started my new job as a care worker on nights and my eat and sleep pattern is all over a was wondering what’s the best times I should be eating with me being a wake on a night and sleeping during the day. Any idea would be fab thanks


Also need need some quick easy simple recipes would be great as am not a good cook thanks....
