ok, so being new to T2D I'm struggling with drinks.
I've never drunk full fat cola anyway, but can I still drink Coke Zero etc?
Can I drink milk (have already switched to skimmed) but are there limits in how much I can drink.
I do drink a fair amount of water, but do like to mix it up.
Is robinsons 'no added sugar' fruit juice ok or is that made from concentrate so should be avoided?
How about tea (don't have sugar so that's no problem) is tea okay?
