Does anyone else suffer with constant weight loss? I know I should be pleased but I am really not trying to lose any more weight and yet it seems to be trickling off all the time. I was diagnosed in March last year with type 2 & am taking 2 metformin twice a day with meals. I started off weighing 11st 12lb (around a size 14-16) - I tried very hard to lose weight & got myself to under 10st a few months back - I seemed to maintain 9st 7lb for a little while but when I got weighed yesterday & I am 9st 3lb - enough is enough - I've already had to get a load of new clothes (which is lovely) but I just don't want to carry on losing weight or I will whither away! I am not an athelete & my excercise consists of a walk with the dog!! I think I eat a balanced diet, I also got my BG to around 8 in February, which for me was great but having done nothing different by BG's are around 10 or 11 now. I'm very confused. Any advice?
