thats an incredible amount of steps @Vonny I feel exhausted thinking about it, do you walk to a place you need to be or is it random walking to increase your steps
I usually try to fit in a visit to Sainsburys on one of my walks and rather than going straight there, I go via the scenic route along the canal. Otherwise it is fairly random!
Yesterday was highest mileage of the week. 9.5 miles, 24,384 steps. Going home today so I won’t be doing much walking unless I count supermarket/ running after grandchildren steps! I think my walking boots will be out of action until the new year, busy couple of weeks ahead.
