I have just started taking 2000 IU of Vitamin D a day as my vitamin D level was 29 and should be 100.
My consultant believes this could be the cause of my extreme tiredness - (by extreme I mean even half hour after waking I could sleep a good few hours again - and every time I sit down I literally find my eyes shutting).
I have spoken to a few health shops before buying it (you can't get it on prescription) and they have all mentioned helps with tiredness without me prompting - so here is hoping things improve.
The strange thing is even though I complain I am tired I still manage to do my exercise although we have noticed a lack of energy in that department too lately.🙂
I was wondering if anyone had any experience of taking vitamin D and if it helped with energy levels at all.🙂
I will let you know if I find any improvement after taking it for some time.
