Well, got my result. Hba1c is 36.

June 2018. 36. No metformin
This is my first drug free result.
Dr. called me a superstar lol and asked if I would be willing to talk to others who are not handling it so well, of course I said yes.
So I am now sitting in Seahouses having Haddock with chips and mushy peas
and tartare sauce, bread and butter and thoroughly loving it.
Told the doc what I intended to do and her reply was “ Enjoy them, your pancreas can handle that occasionally “.
