Hi
Has anyone tried spaghetti/pasta made out of beans? I realise that they are not really low in carbs, but looking at their carb content it does seem possible to incorporate them into a low carb diet without doing too much damage. The question is "What do they taste like?"
I've looked on Amazon and found two which appeal. One is Explore Cuisine Edamame Spaghetti pasta, and the other is Black Bean Sesame Fettuccine made by the same company.
The vegan way of life has great appeal but some of the food I've tried has been pretty dire, so I would appreciate any recommendations!
