Does anyone have a diet sheet for type 2, just had a telling of from the doctor and I really need hep to loose some weight.
I've lost 10% of my body weight following the Filling and Healthy part of the WeightWatchers plan. I'm waiting for recent test results and hope to see a significant improvement in my readings.. I'll keep you posted! The filling and healthy way means I'm not having to weigh and measure everything and I really don't feel as if I'm being deprived at all..!
