I think this is a good thing but wonder if anyone has any idea what is going on? For quite a while I have had cold feet not all the time. I watched them carefully. Mentioned it once to the GP who (as always)shrugged her shoulders. So I googled and learnt about circulation etc. However, the past few weeks my feet are no longer cold and back to normal warmth. Are my blood sugar levels usually between mid 5s -6s; HbA1c 39.9 kicking in and making stuff return to almost correct levels? Off to make the low carb supper with toasty feet🙄I am also one of those people who are always jumping around so what with my physio exercises I presume this also helps me. I think...
