Anyone been in the same boat?
My diabetic appointments are getting moved, was ment to be seen this month and now been moved to august.
Feel like there is no support for diabetes , especially when the condition effects my mental health so much.

Also i went back on my libre yesterday, i find it so innaccurate to blood meter readings, anyone noticed this?

Welcome @lauren1993x sorry to read about your problems.
There does seem to be a nationwide issue with long waits between appointments at the diabetes clinics.
For some years now, my "annual" reviews have got further and further apart and are now about 18 months between appointments. However, when I mentioned I nearly needed one sooner (my driving license was about to expire and I needed to enter the date of my last meeting with a doctor to discuss diabetes in the last year), I was told I just needed to call and they would find a slot for me.
With this in mind (although it is my clinic not yours), I would recommend getting in touch with them and explaining how you are struggling and cannot wait until August. If your clinic is at a hospital, you could also get in touch with PALS for assistance in sorting it out.
It is not right that we need to push so much for ourselves but when the NHS is straining so much in this aream we have to be selfish and advocate for ourselves.

With regards to your Libre, what kind of inaccuracies are you seeing? Sometimes these can be explained by the "limitations" in the science of CGMs but it could just be a faulty sensor.
The thread I have linked seems to be very popular and helpful in understanding what to expect from a CGM that DSNs (and CGM manufacturers) don't explain to us.

In the absence of your clinic, there are 100s of years of combined experience of diabetes on this forum if you have any questions or just want to vent. We have no medical training but we have been living with the condition which is often more helpful.
