6 days a week I have multi-grain porridge for breakfast but Sunday I treat myself to a big ol' "fry-up" good quality* ingredients but way too many calories! Anyway as I've given up bread I decided to try something different today so made a Shakshuka from 'My Paris Kitchen' by David Lebovitz..... flipping 'eck it was good! Will definitely be looking to broaden my Sunday breakfast horizons going forward!
Have been using MyFitnessPal on and off for a few years in conjunction with GarminConnect and was wondering if it was worth upgrading to premium? Hate subscription models and Google having access to my CC details but it's only £65 for the year.... anyone have any thoughts?
* It's becoming increasingly impossible to find quality ingrediants at any price. Noticed a 'posh' supermarket putting bamboo fibre in there sausages no doubt to cover up the appallingly low quality of the meat despite the price. Same goes for bacon that leaches huge amounts of water that leaves a sticky residue in the pan and the rasher a quarter the size it was before cooking!
