I used to like the hot sun, made me sweat & feel good, now today, I had a really good wake up reading 5.3, had porridge, probably a little too much, then had a very small bowl of cheese & ham a couple of hours later, went out for an hour or so, sat in the sun for about 30 mins, came home, & then had a hypo.
I am thinking it could have been the hot sun draining my energy & then having a 3.9 reading.
So in the space of less than two hours of being outside & just sitting or strolling around, I dropped from 10.9 to 3.9
Is it possible the hotter weather can do this ?
PS, I was not thirsty either, I don't get thirsty, just loose energy quite quickly.
I am on two x 500mg metformin a day.
