I only bolus 10 minutes before it 🙂, I tried porridge can't remember my starting number but 2 and 3 hours later I was 4.7 and 4 hours later I was in the 8's, much higher than I was pre meal which is a shame as I loved porridgeSounds like the perfect breakfast for you!! Im very insulin resistant in a morning so tend to stick to protein for breakfast.
How far in advance did you bolus? I can manage porridge but granola spikes me so quick I struggle to inject for it
