Yes
No

And again you are misinterpreting what I say. I said I wasn’t driven by hunger and didn’t get desperately hunger. I know when I’m ready to eat and when I’m not. If I ate more frequently than I do then I would be eating for the sake of it. If I waited for gnawing hunger as you suggest I’d struggle to eat sensibly and meet my nutritional goals. My way I eat a reasonable but not excessive amount of calories and meet my nutritional needs.

Why can you not accept that not everyone responds the same way as you? Your way has worked or you. Thats great. It doesn’t work for everyone. As you quoted, inappropriately, at me “Everyone manages their health differently. Please be mindful of this.”

You said you didn't eat when you were hungry?
Hunger drives me.
I'm good on that, you said you were scared?
Or do you agree hunger should be a driver?
I'm confused over your flipflops?

So, calorie counting .
That's a reasonable maintainance intake for your weight.
Brilliant you are stepping up to calorie control too 🙂
Nope it was calorie recording.. I didn't and never have designed meals around "calories".
I ate meals and recorded the amount I ate and that was it.

Yet again you are twisting what I say and misquoting me. Why?

I did not say I didn’t eat when I was hungry, only that I wasn’t driven by it.
I did not say I was scared - you did.

No flip flops here.
I enjoy rarely being driven by hunger.
without the compulsive drive of hunger.
I just don’t feel it that often or feel the need to seek it out. It it happens I know it won’t last.
my style of eating doesn’t make me desperately hungry
I know when I’m ready to eat and when I’m not
You anticipate food without feeling hungry.
Isn't that simply eating for the sake of eating?

No one listened to @Taffyboyslim
Don't have breakfast?
Put a boiled egg in your fridge?
Eat for five hours a day?
Go in a low calorie diet, eat for a limited really few hours.
Maybe we should answer the question asked?
Personally, I just ate to whatever my meter said what was good.
No nonsense on low calorie time restriction.
I chose low calorie on a full day diet.
All works.
And I enjoyed any breakfast that worked for me

Strawberries in particular , taste awful
Agreed. Only any good for adding to sugar free jelly.
The ones I have are gooseberries, redcurrants, blackberries, blackberries, jostaberries and blueberries and sour cherries.

Scrambled eggs in a microwave takes about a minute including whisking the eggs with a fork beforehand
Yes, one egg scrambled with a dash of milk and a small amount of smoked salmon and two small slices of wholemeal toast is my breakfast everyday. Done in the microwave keeps the washing up to a minimum!

A slice of lowish carb bread with lots of cheese toasted with a smear of Marmite ,then full fat yoghurt with double cream and a few berries is my go to breakfast .
I am a very skinny underweight type 2 !

It is stewed rhubarb from the garden with my yoghurt and seeds at the moment and loving it. Have to be honest, I add a little sugar to take the sourness off it a bit but you can use sweetener too and I like it with ginger whereas through the winter I have cinnamon with my berries and yoghurt, so the change of spice for breakfast is a sort of celebration of the change in season. .

I like the sound of ginger. I’ve been slathering on the cinnamon to avoid the need for sugar/sweetener. I’ll try the ginger next time.
