I was out shopping today and had this odd spaced out, light headed feeling but didn't attribute it to my blood sugar levels as I rarely drop below 6.2 and stay within fairly tight margins.
However I tested when I got home and strangely enough had dropped to 5. Now I know that's not remotely low for most of you but it is for me. Clearly my body thought so too because it sent me into temporary zombie mode. I know it's not dangerous for me as I didn't drop any lower and food quickly sorted it but it gave me a teensy weensy sense of what you guys most go through when a real and potentially more hazardous hypo occcurs 😱
