Hi everyone

I’m an MSc Health Psychology student at the University of Derby. As part of my dissertation, I’m conducting a study exploring how stigma and quality of life affect self-management in people living with type 2 diabetes, especially within underrepresentedcommunities.

If you’re 18 or over and have been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes, I’d be so grateful if you could take part in my short anonymous online survey. It only takes around 10–15 minutes to complete.

Survey link: https://derby.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_1yUY9TdkvqEuTau?Q_CHL=qr

To take part, you must be:
✔️ Aged 18 or older
✔️ Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes
✔️ Able to complete a survey in English

Your response could really help inform better support and reduce stigma for people with T2D.

If you have any questions or would like more information, feel free to contact me, I’m happy to help.

Thank you so much for considering it!
