I've got too much cheese left in the fridge. But I'm planning on doing an 800 calorie a day thing for the next 2 months once that's gone.
I've done 1500 before, but 800 is a whole different ballgame I think. Going to be an interesting challenge. I might even do a video series about it.
I've got a bunch of supplements coming this week (magnesium, vitamins, few other bits) so hopefully won't have an issue. Didn't fancy doing the shake approach to this, so I'll be mainly lettuce and spinach etc. Looking forward to it now 🙂 weird isn't it!
