Hi guys,
Sorry I've not been on here much recently. Things at work are very busy (as well as me trying to spend less time on the internet whilst at work) and every evening (Mon - Thurs) I do a class at the gym. Time just seems to be disappearing!
Despite all my exercise, I am waking to high levels (over 10) and getting a bit down about that (they weren't high before I started exercising!!) but now I think I seem to be suffering from a bit of DP as I rise during the night, and even if I wake to an ok level, within 2 hours I'm even higher. So much for exercise reducing my need for insulin!!
I hope you are all well and enjoyed your easter weekends! 🙂
