cmht are coming to see m later today instead of calling me H#### T### H#### WAS mentioned im ok
 
CMHT came to see me with my SW It was not a 117 meeting as I had thought. but just a general chat. We agreed that I would remain on new dosage of A######## and that living at L######## ##### was good for me for both my mental and physical health. In all it went really well and I was satisfied with it.

My last visit from CMHT tomorrow im dreading it in a way as i have needed their support yet in another way will be glad they are coming to a end as feel fine and not in need of their help and support much more
 
last visit is over it was M### and P### it went very well Told them I feel great and dont need them now. WEagreed that i came very close to being admitted under section, didt realize that I was that close to it, but its all over now
 
UPDATE
Things are noy 100% but nowhere as bad as last time. im ok CRHT are in touch i dont know why but i do dip at this time of year im ok just being careful and not letting it develope into something worse
 
Yes, I struggle at this time of year too. Good to hear that your support is in touch regularly and you are managing to keep yourself on a reasonably even keel. Keeping busy really helps if you can manage to motivate yourself. Making something can be really rewarding so doing crafts and stuff or learning a new skill or language ie. Being productive.... like you did with the BSL.
 
Gail I admire how well your advocating for yourself and keeping yourself safe.

I love this time of year in many ways, and prefer it to summer but I do notice little wobbles more often. I think as much as I don't enjoy the heat I do benefit from sunshine and bright days.

Agreeing with Barbara about things to occupy yourself with. I suffer with a similar history to you on some things (not being specific so not to accidentally trigger) and I find keeping my hands busy and my mind busy so so important.

I possibly have a bit of a problem collecting hobbies as a result but it does help me a lot.

think im going high (manic) racing thoughts in my head every thing on fast forward not sleeping well have handed C####### the debit card/credit cards and told her not to give me them back for a week Have loged out all my card details on line so cant spend there At the moment i can control it if i am going that way its been a long while since i felt like this i know the warning signs and some of them are there crisis team have been told just covering all aspects hope i will be ok I feel like the calm b4 the storm I just wanna spend spend spend
 
im ok i can handle it with help of staff and rest helpline +crisis team been here b4 and can do it again im a strong cow very stupid at times but im a born suvicer
i hope its ok may post a bit tonight forgive me
 
its 3am wide awake cant sleep been told im havibg a manic spell feel fine my head is on fire so much is goingon they have giveme some meds to help calm me down and make me sleep but i feel wide awake i feel good as if i can do anything care co-ordinater coming to see me today im ok not 100 PRCENT but ok at the moment i can control it
forgive me for posting but i need to let it out im on fast forward

You post whenever you want, can't guarantee someone will be around at 3am, but you never know, hope all goes well when you see your care co-ordinator
