Most people here will know that I have a friend called William who lives next door and whom I visit quite often. Some of you have met him.
I've been a bit worried for some time because he's been complaining of constantly aching feet, and now he says that he's getting very thirsty as well. I've told him that he should be tested for Type 2, but he says that he's had a urine test and it was negative. However, I suspect that this may be because he has a high renal threshhold, as I did when Dx.
Should he have a blood test, as I suspect he should?
