Hi guys, I was wondering if anyone has similar experience and/or pain?
Both my shoulders get very painful if and when I sleep with my arm(s) above my head, I try not to for obvious reasons but sometimes I just wake up that way (it's usually the pain that wakens me).
Just recently I have also been having more pain in my left forearm and wrist, it almost feels muscular but I haven't been doing anything different or unusual. The fact that I have had mild arthritis for years meant that at first I didn't really pay much attention because the pain comes and goes, even wet/cold weather can make life awkward and uncomfortable. The discomfort level has increased significantly though and that's what has got my attention.
I've read that Statins can give muscular pain however, it seems to be predominately leg pain that is being mentioned in those posts. I am on Atorvastatin 10mg daily, which is a relatively low dose as far as I can see, so, I am inclined to think that they are not the problem.
Exercise level doesn't seem to make any difference either, this has left me rather puzzled as a result, any suggestions?
