Hello, I have noticed a few people mentioning seeds, chia etc, and just wondered what people recommend, how they like to use them, and what benefits they feel they have? I've Googled chia and they sound beneficial, and also read that you can use them to thicken soups etc, has anyone tried that? Thanks in advance for any thoughts.
