Well, here it is then, diabetes.
A whole new page to become acquainted with.
An unexpected condition to learn about and deal with.
So far, I've attended a course that is pretty much a short but informative introduction to what diabetes is, and how to deal with it through diet, exercise and medication.
I know that I'll get used to the changes but also I suspect that there may be much more to it (?)
So, I'm here, looking around me and saying hello.
I have been informed that I need to inform my insurers of my diagnosis, even though I'm not type 1 and not insulin dependant. I automatically assumed that the reference was to motor insurers. Is this a fact?
