Salmon sashlic - it does come with a separate sauce which I won't be having - does anyone think it will have many carbs in?

reading the description, salmon in spices, which parts do you think would or wouldn’t contain carbs?

@Lucyr - you are describing the Salmon Tikka which as you say, seems most unlikely to have carbs. Personally I have never heard of 'shashlic' anything so clueless what it means in terms of recipe. Ah - it apparently means 'skewered', ie a traditional kebab. A BBC recipe included 2 dips with it - sour cream and plum. So - much more what is served with, to accompany, the shashlic, rather than the shashlic itself - so you'd have to ask the Takeaway what they serve/what people usually have, with it.

Shashlic is cubes of meat or in this case salmon. I'm guessing that the carbs will be just in the sauce which I wouldn’t be having

Gill said she wouldn’t be having the sauce so no need to worry about the ingredients of those.

The shashlik I have ever had is a sizzling dish and has no actual sauce with it, you may be given a yogurt dip with it.
So would you think there are any carbs in it?

Wish me luck with what my bgl does tonight - I'm having my Indian meal of
- 1 poppadom maybe with a bit of one of the dip things you get with them
- salmon sashlic
- pilau rice - which comes in the small foil tin
I will weigh the poppadoms and the rice then add them into nutracheck for carb amounts
