Mine was automatically when got online access , it's the tests I can't have. I don't have the delivered to the house.I do. Had it for a while. It's something I had to arrange through the practice. Then wait for it to come through. If I remember correctly, it's one of the things you had to go in personally to ask for.
I think there'll a number of people who hadn't got it set up before all this. For those that don't, or are trying to sort it, I though the pharmasist was another option.
I'm unable to get them delivered though.![]()
I have noticed @everydayupsanddowns the last one was longer . But that was a week ago.
Same here. I have no access to any of my records at all.Mine was automatically when got online access , it's the tests I can't have. I don't have the delivered to the house.

Hi. When all of this settles down do ask your surgery for access to your records and test results. For Systemonline there are two levels and you need both to see detailed test results. You only need standard access to order prescriptions.Same here. I have no access to any of my records at all.
Not all surgeries are allowing patients access to test results, even with Systemonline.
As with everything else there are different on line GP systems. I don't if they are chosen at CCG level, or on individual practice level. Is that different to patient access, not heard of it.
CCG I belive. As with everything else there are different on line GP systems. I don't if they are chosen at CCG level, or on individual practice level.
My GP practice has had notices about a NHS app for a few months. Recorded mesage also mentiones it on their phone line. Our surgery has a notice on the door explaining how to access the online service without the need to fill in form in person - specifically for the current situation, If I remember correctly it was a NHS app. Our pharmacy is under the surgery so all people collecting prescriptions would see it.
I have seen bad reviews being posted to the Facebook page too. Other than no being able to get my test results, I am happy with the system for ordering my prescriptions. My GP practice has had notices about a NHS app for a few months. Recorded mesage also mentiones it on their phone line.
I've not used it, and don't know sign up procedure.
Reviews on Google Play aren't good. And I had online account already.
