Thaw, cut into strips (across the meat grain), stir fry (assuming you have a frying pan or wok and hobs on your oven) with no oil or very little if you have non stick pan, with any veggies you have to hand eg grated carrot, sliced mushrooms, peppers cut into slices, diced onion / shallot / spring onion, sliced cabbage etc, add a little soy sauce or stir fry sauce. Very little carbohydrate, but if you want some, soak, then boil a small portion of rice or add some noodles.
