That sounds pretty much perfect @Lisaa 🙂My readings are confusing before meals I usually read between 5.2-6.2 then 2 hours after around 8.5 it will then drop to pre meal readings within 40 minutes is this normal?
The Burgen Soya and Linseed is about 12g carbs per slice, so you'd have 15g less in a two-slice sandwich 🙂 It's very tasty too, my favourite! 🙂 Looks like you had much better results from your Weetabix then, diabetes can be a bit contrary like that and it can take a while to discover whether things are OK most of the time or just some of the time - it's a bit of a marathon, not a sprint, your experience will build as the weeks progress 🙂i had weetabix for breakfast,a coffee and two sugar free biscuits,the bread with my lunch is hovis granary,1.3 grams sugar per slice and 17.6grams of carbs per slice,yes perhaps i need to look for another bread as suggested,im only in week two of writing everything i eat down,trial and error at the moment
