I've bought a bag of quinoa as it's meant to be ok to eat in moderation. What on earth am I meant to do with it? Do I use it instead of rice/cous cous? Can anyone point me to any vegetarian recipes I can try please? I love spicy and Indian food, so if it's spicy, all the better.
