Hi folks
I’m new here & pretty new to diabetes T2. Managing well & weight/HbA1C all coming down nicely. I have other health issues which mean I struggle daily with varying fatigue levels. One thing that is heavily impacted is meal prep. I’ve asked on a different forum about meal prep ideas & loads of folks talk about the Hello Fresh type prepped meal boxes. I’ve had a bit of a scout around but their so called low carb meals seem too high for the recommended 130g/daily max.
I was wondering if anyone out there has found anything in this area that is genuinely diabetes friendly?
