Hi Everyone. I favour porridge for breakfast and chia seeds, I use semi skimmed milk as really don't use much apart from in porridge.
I've been using a 2 tablespoon measuring spoon and curiosity made me weigh the oats which were 13 grams uncooked. Is this right portion. I'm having a time of second guessing myself.
