Ok, so since being diagnosed I have cut out as much bad stuff as I possibly can.
The only sweet fruit I really eat now are pomegranates as I have read they are really good for diabetics.
What do others think? Is there someone with more knowledge that can tell me if this is indeed true.
Obviously in moderation, I don't go mad or anything. Just one of the pre packed packets (available from many main supermarkets) a day with my lunch
