Hi all
Before I was diagnosed with type 2 in November 2012 I was getting bouts of severe pain at the top of my stomach. I was given meds for acid reflux (proton pump inhibiters). I still get these severe pains occaisionaly if I've eaten a noticable amount of carbs or rich foods. I had sever pain last night that ended up across the centre of my back.(00:30 - 04:00)and was up trying to walk/work it off. I wasn't at home and had not taken any reflux meds with me. As soon as I'd made myself vomit the pain started to go and then I was able to return to bed exhausted.
Does any-one else get these types of pain and/or have acid reflux or pancreatitis?
I'm wondering if I've been misdiagnosed
