Dear Diabetes UK members,

I am a researcher from UCL's department of Behavioural Science & Health. I am looking for women (aged 18+) to take part in a Health and Lifestyle Attitudes questionnaire. The questions will relate to your diet, physical activity and general health attitudes.

You can complete the questionnaire online and it should only take between 20-30 minutes to complete.

Please follow the link if you are happy to complete the questionnaire: https://opinio.ucl.ac.uk/s?s=48848

Feel free to email me with any queries and many many thanks in advance for your time.

Done! I did get a bit bogged down in the questions that asked whether I was motivated to lose or gain weight, though, when I'd just answered that I didn't need to do either.
(I also think you might have spellchecked it!)

Done.

I struggled with the questions about physical activities because I'm also disabled.

Done.... very thought provoking survey, some deep questions
