Oops -was watching the football and twisted the pen wrong way

Just want to say that in the circumstances, I think you have handled it really well. Must have been pretty scary last night when you couldn't lift out of the red, but you really seem to have kept your cool and done as well as you could have. Well done! I will also sleep easier tonight, as I can't say I wasn't really concerned for you last night! We really need a "Phew!" emoji on the forum for times like this!
 
Maybe this could be fed back to the manufacturers. A modification could be done so the pen can't be twisted the wrong way.
I'm sure you are not the first person to do this.
