I have to go to the Eye Hospital for my retinopathy check. On the last couple of occasions they have found some 'changes' close to the macula so I have been kept on the hospital list instead of just having the photos done. It does mean that I get an instant(ish) diagnosis, but worrying nonetheless, wish me luck!

Alan it worries us all but I can understans why you in particular are worried, good luck and my fingers will be crossed that is all goes swimmingly xx

Good luck Alan. Will be thinking of you.

Best of luck Alan. I hope all is well. Katie

All the best hope there is no further change

Good luck Alan 🙂

Hope it goes well and you get the results you are hoping for.

I agree with toby and everyone else. Good luck Alan.

I'm also a strong believer in the power of the mind ... just make sure you have a PMA and all will be well.

Andy 🙂

You're always here for us so we're all here for you....hope today goes well.

Sending you a big hug Amanda ((((())))) xx 🙂

Hi Alan

I am keeping everything crossed for you - in my experience the macula is the one of the worse places to have damage BUT they are monitoring you closely so everything should be more than ok - - especially with the excellent BG control that you have and if there is any damage it can be dealt with. Will be thinking of you lots Amanda xx

Really hoping for 'no further changes' for you Alan. Good luck!

Sure you will be fine Alan, all the best
