Today is the day i have decided to stop eating bread which i love, i hope i can as it is my downfall.
Yep, misread the label, sorry folks!Burgen Soya and Linseed bread isn't 4g - it's 11g a slice! Packets clearly say that.
I've had to give it up too. I can eat half a Warburton's small toastie in one go! 😱Today is the day i have decided to stop eating bread which i love, i hope i can as it is my downfall.
I've seen quite a few people on here mention them. are they any good and do you know the carb content also are they packeted or in the fresh bakery bit - sorry for throwing all these questions at you xHi. If you have a Lidl nearby, you could try there protein rolls.

Seriously only 9g per roll wow will have to give them a go, did you get the information of their website as looking for more loose rolls information too, thanks 🙂 xFound loose in the fresh bakery baskets. Triangular shape with lots of bits on and they're quite heavy. Very filling and in my opinion better toasted
