Hi all nice to be accepted to the site i have had t2 for about 2 years i am having problems with loosing weight and sleeping so with any luck this is the place to be for some guidance

I have tried low carb lost nearly a stone i used to be a keen hill and long distance walker but the pounds are starting to return and feel to tired to go out walkingWhat have you tried to lose weight?
Please search for "sleep hygiene". You should find a whole range of techniques / routines to try.Can you recommend some thing i could do or take as the sooner i can sleep regular i can start to gain control of my weight
It's worth trying a short walk if you can manage it Fred, particularly beneficial after eating.
