Hey Guy's, so i have recently been diagnosed with T2 Diabetes. I have had No symptoms and if it were not for a blood test for something else would never had known so i guess i am fortunate? lol. I like to eat Aldi's Fruit n Fibre with a handful of extra unts & dried fruits such as sultanas & cranberries, is this ok or should i choose something else, drop the dried fruit etc etc. I really like this and often have this as a breakfast and a lunch then have a vanilla/coconut Greek yoghurt for my tea. Also is Tesco's Oat & Barley sliced loaf ok as a bread once in a while?
