Think I may have made a mistake I'm so sick of looking at food labels.
Tried Greek yoghurt and I didn't like it in the slightest so thought I'd try skyr and found these which have just come out.
Seems to me though to be a lot of carbs I'm guessing from the granola though not the yoghurt?
I really want a flavoured yoghurt if I'm honest.
The carb content is 12.2g per 100g and sugars are 9.4g per 100g is this a lot?
Ive tried discussing these things with a nurse but at the moment they basically just say look at the Internet but you can literally count out every food going depending what source you are reading.
Any help?
