Yesterday I helped a friend with some things with his laptop. On the table there were some bitter chocolate sweets like these:
And when talking I started eating one, then another, then another... I don't remember the number we ate, but I suppose that they weren't only two or three...

DARK CHOCOLATE COATED WAFER FILLED WITH COCOA CREAM (54%)
Dark chocolate 29% (sugar, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, butter, emulsifier: soya lecithin, vanilla extract), wheat flour, sugar, vegetable oils (coconut, palm), fat-reduced cocoa powder (11% in the cream), whey powder, emulsifier: soya lecithin, salt, raising agent: sodium hydrogen carbonate, vanilla extract.
May contain traces of peanuts, nuts and eggs.
This is the problem of mindless eating - I am a bit concerned with the calories and the carbs I ate without thinking about it.
Then I think I am more aware of what I'm eating, that is a good thing, but maybe I am a bit too aware...
