Milk chocolate v dark chocolate

Fav at moment is Border biscuits, they do a dark choc ginger biscuit which is absolutely delicious, pricey but sometimes on offer.at Sainsbury's on Nectar price
Very yummy. As you say expensive but as a treat …

Like all chocolate biscuits Club are so tiny now, we've got some salted caramel ones in cupboard which are very nice, think best ones are fruit variety.

Absolutely love the dark chocolate ginger biscuits. Haven't eaten them since diagnosis. If HbA1c is good this quarter I might treat us to a packet for our anniversary next month as hubby is very partial to them too.

I buy assorted packs of Border biscuits from Amazon there in packs of 2 so don't get tempted to eat more The double chocolate ones my favourite

Last October I bought a packet of M and S dark chocolate and ginger florentines. There are 8 biscuits a packet and I bought them when I was due to stay in a hotel after my cataract op and thought a biscuit would keep my carbs up. They are about 10 grams of carbs a biscuit. I have since had a second packet. I think they were about £4.50 and had flaked almonds and dried fruit too. 8 biscuits is sufficient temptation for me. They do do one with milk chocolate too.

I prefer the advice that says that milk chocolate is better for you (from scientists working at The University of Bournville).
I never saw that one :D I would prefer that too 😛
