Oh yes send the blood pressure has rocketed so onto 10 mg Ramipril now
Honestly Grace...it seems like a minefield initially...what to do...where to go...there is a waking numbers thread here where members post their waking BG levels...try to have a look...join in...its a real incentive for me...demonstrates diabetes is a tricky little madam at the best of times...can catch us all out for no particular reason...no matter how experienced we are...diabetes is manageable...controllable...you just need to gain some confidence...believe in yourself...come on you're a grandma...if you can do that...you can do it all...regroup...give yourself a break...I'm a firm believer in the restoring power of a good cry...start off from the right foot...fresh day tomorrow...next week...when you're ready.Oh gosh, it's all so confusing isn't it I'm taking the standard Metformin but the doc did say if I was struggling with it I could change to the other one, but I will persevere and give it a chance to work. Thanks for all the support, I feel quite tearful just now, I've just laid on the bed as I'm so tired and think the Lupus is flaring again Enjoy your weekend ☔️ Sunshine and showers here
Diabetes is harder to get a handle on when you have other conditions that impact on health and the ability to exercise. Maybe you could try a smaller portion of porridge. Or try a protein based breakfast which many find more filling.Oh gosh, it's all so confusing isn't it I'm taking the standard Metformin but the doc did say if I was struggling with it I could change to the other one, but I will persevere and give it a chance to work. Many thanks for this info, taking it on board. First Metformin tablet earlier today now I am camped outside the bathroom !! The doc did warn me of the runs! Sugar levels at 13.0 after breakfast of porridge and perspiring for England (sorry folks) so not feeling well at all today!
