Madness in the USA

It wouldn't surprise me at all if there are people making money out of the stock market chaos he is causing. In my opinion it is undemocratic for one man to have so much influence over the global economy and to wield that influence with such abandon.

A few people, who you have never heard of, and will never hear of, will have increased their fortunes and a lot more, the brokers and bankers taking their percentage on the trades, will have done nicely as well. They love chaos in a market, particularly when they know which way things are going to go.

Everytime somebody gets richer, somebody else gets poorer.

Very true. This was from a few days back. And there was also clear evidence of large bets on the US economy getting better in the half hour before Trump announced a pause on tariff introduction.
