I think the Lidl one is 4.6g per 100g.

Last time I had some with about 8'Blueberries.

Just trying to get my fasting BG read below 6.00 in the morning once done ( take a few days) will start to plan my snacks 3 times a day, even if I am not hungry.
 
I have just remembered I think I once had a blueberry one too!
It has 11g per 100g , so higher then the 0.1g, but I guess enjoyment can still be made in moderation
 
Just wondering if anyone can point me in the direction of something I can chew, i.e. not chewing gum, but something similar to a wine gum type of chew. I just get the feeling often I'd like something to chew which I feel will put me off wanting to have something to eat. I know sugar free gum would suffice, however, it gets stuck to my teeth LoL
