I am doing OK with breakfast , especially enjoying eggs , mushrooms and cheese !
However I like my granola plus apples and blueberries ....and also porridge
But I am aware both granola and porridge are high carb
Are there any lower carb granola and porridge preparations out there ?
Lizis has a low sugar option ......but that's not entirely healthy is it ?
