Has anyone used lupin flour? Do you think it's good for us? Holland and Barrett has chilled bread which has only 1.5g carbs. Would you recommend that?
Somebody posted about using lupin flour to make pasta I think.Has anyone used lupin flour? Do you think it's good for us? Holland and Barrett has chilled bread which has only 1.5g carbs. Would you recommend that?
depends what else is in there too and how big the slice is I guessH &B chilled bread, but 1.5g carb per slice sounds pretty good if it tastes OK.
Wouldn’t be without it. Highly nutritious, I make pasta, Yorkshire puddings, pie crust, cheese scones and tortilla chips with it.Has anyone used lupin flour?
Fats if 'healthy fats' should be no problem especially if you are cutting carbs, dietary fats do not convert to glucose or cholesterol. That's what I am worried about. Fat content. I fear that I will get another issue eating too much fats?????
